My three future goals

 conclusion, of the three goals that I have set to achieve it is not easy but I am sure the effort and 
hard work I did then my goal will be achieved therefore I will keep trying and not give up.

The first is I want to get gpa that good that my parents happy my way to achieve that dream
is to continue to learn and work hard if it fails I will continue to try and not despair
I will realize my dream of the first in that way.

     My second wish is fluent in the English language because I think English is an essential
language and an international language that must be mastered by many people in
addition to the existence of economic asean if our nation Indonesia can not
speak English we would also be very easily deceived a lot of people remember
the economic asean and I think it was also very cool if we graduated with the
other majors and was fluent in English.


      the third one I want to be useful for many people both now and in the future,
 I will do my best to help the slightest, although I only helped a little but of great value for some people
 so even in my family really wanted to be a useful person in my family, maybe like my first goal,
 I will achieve it by diligent study and work hard in order to become a successful person and can 
 be useful for many people.

Lecturers are responsible for motivating students to learn

Thesis : I think the lecturers  are  responsible for motivating students to study and give a

 good impact for students

Argument 1 : Because if the students hate the lecturers, learning will not be the spirit

Argument 2 :  the only person who can motivate students in the classroom is the lecturers

Argument 3 : lecturers who give spirit to make students feel comfortable learning

Counter argument : many people say that the motivation of lecturers are not as important as 

the students are adults and know which ones are good and which are bad

Conclusions :I think lecturers have a considerable influence on students, 
because no student lecturers  will not know the science although she studied science itself

      lecturer motivation given to students for me is very helpful for the student's motivation to be aware and want to do something useful without coercion from others.

      then the students also have to love the lecturers so that the learning process becomes effective if the students do not like the lecturer then the learning process will not be effective and science given by the lecturer will be useless and learning activities to be in vain.

       lecturers were very instrumental in motivating his students in the classroom, but everyone can also motivate each others. motivation given by professors can build a spirit of learning for the student, because then the students can see the results of the study. if the first of his professors did not study hard so she can not become a teacher like now. from which students can see the results of the study and will be the spirit of learning to achieve their dreams diverse.

       spirit given lecturers were very helpful for me because with the encouragement I began to believe my dream. I believe my dream will come true with the way study hard and try hard, learning is not difficult just takes willingness bigger than yourself without coercion from others, if someone has a big dream then believe that dream will come true if they want to try and learn diligently.

       but most people think that the motivation of lecturers are not important because they think students are adults and can distinguish between what is good and what is bad, this presumption is contrary to my thinking, because no one's motivation will not go forward and will not be successful without their motivation would go on to become lazy and so their dreams will not be realized.

       I think the motivation of lecturers is very important and useful addition to build the spirit of learning also can realize the dream of those who have a great willingness to learn and work hard untu without despair and keep trying if it fails.
